01. Check-in and Check-out
Rooms are available from 2:00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:30 am on the day of departure. In the event of a delay in vacating the room, unless prior arrangements are made, an additional night will be charged. For special needs, please contact the management.
02. Reservations

Upon confirmation of the reservation, 14 days prior to arrival we reserve the right to pre-authorize the amount due via appropriate payment link.
- Cancellation is free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.
The balance must be paid upon arrival, by credit card or cash.
- Cancellations or changes must be communicated via email only.
- In case of no-show or early departure, the full amount of the booked stay will be charged.
03. Documents
Upon check-in, it is mandatory to present a valid ID for registration as required by current regulations.
Failure to do so constitutes a violation of the penal code.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with EU Regulation 679/2016 and Legislative Decree 196/2003 and subsequent amendments.
04. Payments
The balance of the stay must be made upon arrival, in cash or by enabled electronic payment methods.
A tax invoice with details of the stay will be issued upon confirmation of payment.
05. Breakfast
Breakfast is served daily from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m., unless otherwise arranged with management. Room service can be requested at an additional charge of €10.
Please inform us in advance of any food intolerances or allergies.
06. Kitchen use and food consumption
Use of the kitchen or communal refrigerator is not permitted. You may consume food in your room, but the use of stoves or open flames is prohibited. For any needs, please contact the facility manager.
07. Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the B&B. Smoking is permitted only on the balconies, where you will find an ashtray.
08. Cleaning
Rooms and bathrooms are cleaned daily. To allow for service, please vacate your room by 12:00 noon. Otherwise, cleaning will be postponed until the next day.
09. Linen change
Bed and bath linens are changed twice a week unless otherwise requested by guests.
10. Personal items
Personal items may not be left in the hallways or common areas.
Management accepts no responsibility for lost or unattended items.
11. Outside guests
Unregistered guests are not allowed to enter the rooms.
Failure to comply with this rule will result in a double charge.
12. Damage and missing items
Any damage done to the facility must be compensated for, after verification of responsibility, in consultation with management.
Missing items that are part of the room equipment will be charged to guests.
13. Luggage
The B&B does not assume responsibility for any loss, theft or damage to personal property left in the room.
Luggage may be left at the facility until departure, but without assumption of responsibility by the B&B.
14. Pets
To ensure the peace of mind of all guests, pets are not allowed in the facility.
15. Internet and Wi-Fi
The B&B provides a free Wi-Fi connection. The password will be provided upon request.
We are not responsible for any disruptions related to power outages, telephone line or Internet connection that are beyond our control.
